Welcome to the McIntosh Meadows Community Website!

McIntosh Meadows is a quiet deed-restricted community conveniently located between downtown Sarasota and I-75. Homeowners enjoy relatively spacious lots with a diverse group of residents working together to build a safe, relaxing haven. The no-thruway loop backs up to the Jewish Community Center and includes two lakes with a smattering of fish. Coyotes, hawks and an occasional bobcat round out the local animal population, and help keep the squirrels in check. Occasionally, there are houses for sale in the area, but they tend to sell fairly quickly.
